12 Cookbooks You Need to Read This Year! #healthy #book #buy #vegetarian #vegan #2017 | www.wakeuptowaffles.com

Cookbooks are the best. They always come in handy when you’re looking for something delicious to make for a party or get-together and they also look great as decoration on your shelves. My New Year’s resolution was to read more cookbooks and by the end of the year have a shelf full of healthy eating cookbooks. These are the top cookbooks on my wishlist.

I bought this book a while back and I wish I had enough free time to make every single recipe. The recipes are a hit with everyone. You definitely don’t have to be vegan.
