Cookbooks are the best. They always come in handy when you’re looking for something delicious to make for a party or get-together and they also look great as decoration on your shelves. My New Year’s resolution was to read more cookbooks and by the end of the year have a shelf full of healthy eating cookbooks. These are the top cookbooks on my wishlist.
1. Minimalist Baker Everyday Cooking
Minimalist Baker might just be the most popular food blog out there. And rightfully so. Dana Schulz is so talented and creates the most delicious vegan, gluten-free recipes ever.
2. N’ice Cream – 80+ Recipes for Healthy Homemade Vegan Ice Creams
Nice Cream is already amazing, but this book takes it to a whole new level. Plus, the photography is some of the best I’ve seen! I bought this book a while back and I wish I had enough free time to make every single recipe. The recipes are a hit with everyone. You definitely don’t have to be vegan.
Ella Woodward is my idol…. and not just because we have the same name. She created her very successful blog Deliciously Ella, wrote 2 amazing cookbooks and recently started a business. I’m in awe.
4. Whole Bowls: Complete Gluten-Free and Vegetarian Meals to Power Your Day
This book is a must have! Whether you’re vegetarian or not; you can benefit greatly from making the recipes from this book.
I bought this book recently and I have to say… Bravo! It really is amazing how easy it is to be vegan. I plan on becoming vegan someday and this book will definitely come in handy.
I love root vegetables. This book is a root vegetable lover’s dream.
I kind of stumbled on this book when I was looking through healthy cookbooks a year ago. I’m so happy I found it because her recipes are amazing. Not to mention we have a lot in common.
This book really is amazing. If you’re like me, your dream dinner is a huge bowl of super yummy veggies, grains and hummus. The Oh She Glows cookbook is a must have!
9. Superfoods Superfast: 100 Energizing Recipes to Make in 20 Minutes of Less
This book is a little less well-known, but I can’t imagine why! I could literally eat everything in this book right now. I can’t help but drool on every page.
10. The Love and Lemons Cookbook
Love and Lemons is a great blog. I’ve been a fan for a very long time. The cookbook is no different.
11. Chickpea Flour Does It All
Who would have thought? Chickpea flour! It really does do it all.
12. I Quit Sugar
This is a really great book for people who want to get rid of their sugar addiction. I think we’ve all been there.
