Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoons walnuts
Instructions
  1. Combine oats and almond milk in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Mash ½ banana and add to pan. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Continue stirring as needed.
  4. Cook until oats are fully cooked.
  5. Transfer to bowl and top with sliced banana, chocolate chips, peanut butter and walnuts.
