Ingredients
  • 10 dates, pitted
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Pulse dates and rolled oats together in a food processor until oats are broken down.
  2. Add almond flour, vanilla, and almond butter.
  3. Blend until thoroughly mixed together.
  4. Add chocolate chips and pulse a few times.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  6. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
