Vegan Pumpkin Almond Butter Milkshake

This shake is thick, creamy, sweet, and totally vegan!

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup cashews, soaked 3-4 hours
  • 1 and ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin
  • cinnamon to taste
  • nutmeg to taste
  • whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Soak cashews for 3-4 hours prior to making this recipe.
  2. Place all ingredients except whipped cream in a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream, more almond butter, and pecans, if you wish. Serve right away.
