Nutella Brownies

Serves: 9-16 brownies
Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ teapsoon salt
  • 1⅓ cup healthy Nutella
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • ⅓-1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Grease an 8 x 8 baking pan with olive oil and flour it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs for 3-5 minutes, until lighter in color.
  3. Pour in coconut sugar, flour and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Add Nutella and stir well.
  5. Melt coconut oil in the preheated oven or microwave and stir into batter.
  6. Fold in hazelnuts.
  7. Transfer batter to greased baking pan and spread out evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-29 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Notes
These brownies are super fudgy, so if you want a sturdier brownie, try adding a bit more flour.
