Serves: about 8 cups
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat with 2-4 kernels and cover.
  2. Once kernels pop, add the rest of the kernels and cover.
  3. Once nearly all is popped and popping slows, shake to keep from burning and remove from heat.
  4. Transfer to a large bowl and sprinkle with salt and any other flavors.
