How to Make Popcorn

Serves: about 8 cups
- ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Heat oil over medium-high heat with 2-4 kernels and cover.
- Once kernels pop, add the rest of the kernels and cover.
- Once nearly all is popped and popping slows, shake to keep from burning and remove from heat.
- Transfer to a large bowl and sprinkle with salt and any other flavors.
