Ingredients
  • 1 and ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 cups strong coffee, cooled
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup date caramel
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • optional topping: coconut whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Makedate caramel.
  2. Brew coffee, then cool in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  4. Pour into 2 glasses and top with coconut whipped cream.
