Green Detox Smoothie

Serves: 1 smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 medium apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- ⅓ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ⅓ cup baby kale or spinach, packed
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- In a medium blender, blend all ingredients on high until smooth.
- Serve right away
If you prefer a super sweet smoothie, you can certainly add a Tablespoon or two of honey.
