If you want to make toppings, prepare coconut whipped cream before hand.
To melt chocolate for glass and topping, melt chocolate with coconut oil in microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring between each time until melted. Drizzle ¾ melted chocolate in a medium glass.
Combine ice cream and almond milk in a high-speed blender and blend on high. (You may need to add more almond milk o blend completely.)
If needed, break apart chunks with a fork.
Pour into cup and top with coconut whipped cream and remaining melted chocolate.
Drink right away.
