THE BEST Green DETOX Smoothie! #healthy #green #detox #smoothie | www.wakeuptowaffles.com

Who doesn’t love a refreshing smoothie to detox after eating a piece of cake the night before? Me! I do!

New Year’s Eve was a fun night, but I ate my weight in unhealthy food. My family and I went to a party at a friend’s house at 8pm. We had already eaten dinner and I had also stuffed my face with delicious coconut dark chocolate popcorn. I was stuffed. However, that didn’t stop me from eating a plate full of corn chips, bean dip, cheese dip and mini corn bread muffins. Then, to make it even worse, I ate tons of cookies and macaroons for dessert.

I know you’ve all felt this at some point in your life. It certainly doesn’t feel very good. But, there’s nothing better than making the next day a day for low-calorie, healthy, light meals.
