I love hazelnuts! They not only have a one-of-a-kind flavor, but they’re also full of nutrients!
Step 1: Spread hazelnuts out in a large baking pan or baking sheet.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
Step 3: Roast for 15-20 minutes, making sure they don’t over-cook.
Step 4 (optional): use a paper towel or hand towel to rub off the skins. (I prefer them with the skins on. Plus, the skins are the most nutritious part!)
Step 5: Enjoy hazelnut heaven!
