It’s been a weird couple of weeks, to say the least. Before today, I hadn’t even left the house for a week. To be completely honest, I’m scared to go back to school. I’ve already let my month off of school, work, and the entire outside world become the usual. Going back to the stress and busy schedule won’t be easy; that’s for sure.

Spirulina Hemp Seed Energy Bites

Chewy, super easy, and incredibly healthy!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ⅓ cup walnuts
  • 1 Tablespoon spirulina powder
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
Instructions
  1. Pulse oats until flour-like.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
  3. Form 10 1-inch balls.
  4. Store in an air-tight container in a cool place for up to 8 days.
