It’s been a weird couple of weeks, to say the least. Before today, I hadn’t even left the house for a week. To be completely honest, I’m scared to go back to school. I’ve already let my month off of school, work, and the entire outside world become the usual. Going back to the stress and busy schedule won’t be easy; that’s for sure.
One of the best things that came from this much-needed time off is all of the delicious recipes that are now coming your way. This being one of them.
At the beginning of my break, I learned a lot about superfoods and adaptogens from various blogs. I ordered a few different types on Amazon and now I’m a bit obsessed. I can’t wait to put together a post for you guys.
