Waking Up Magazine is an online magazine with tons of vegetarian breakfast recipes for every kind of breakfast lover. Whether you eat breakfast every day or you’re a late-morning snacker, there’s something in this magazine for everybody.
The title of the first issue is “A Mindful Approach to Breakfast” because it expands on the importance of mindful eating and keeping meals interesting by trying new things. I hope to redefine the importance of breakfast by encouraging people to listen to their bodies rather than sticking to traditional meal times.
