I’ve been in a serious granola mood lately. Is that a thing? Some days I eat granola for breakfast, a snack in the evening, and as a snack after dinner. Does that ever happen to anyone else?
I enjoy store-bought granola but I am doing my very best to make more earth-friendly choices and making my own granola is one of those choices.
This granola is so easy to make. If you’ve never made granola before, this is a great recipe to start with. Some granola recipes call for eggs and other binding agents, but I’ve found that you really don’t need all that to make great granola.
This granola is:
Super crunchy
Chocolatey
Salted to perfection
Hearty & healthy!
